Biography

Zelik Arkowicz, a furrier, was born on 4 July 1909 in Vilnius. He married Khaia Porubansky there on 5 November 1933, and by 27 May 1942 the couple were confined to the Vilna ghetto, at Flat 2, 14 Žemaitijos Street. He was murdered at Ponar between 28 May 1942 and 24 September 1943.
