The Kaufering / Landsberg complex south of Munich — a ring of eleven sub‑camps of Dachau built in 1944 to produce underground aircraft factories, with exceptionally high death rates. Hanoch Kaplieckis, deported from Kovno, died here on 28 March 1945.
