Biography

Bluma Sznitkin, later Bluma Katz, was born on 29 September 1906 in Vilnius. She married Rachmiel Alter Katz and they had two children, Jehudis and Jehoszua. The family's home from 1939 was 11 Ligoninės Street, Vilnius, which became part of the Vilna ghetto when it was established there on 27 May 1942. Bluma was murdered in the Holocaust at Ponar around 1943.
