Biography

Osher Porubansky was born on 1 December 1860 in Vilnius, a son of Hirsh Movsha Porubansky and Shimka Mikhal. He worked from about 1880 and married Rokhlia, née Koyransky; their children included Berl. He died in Vilnius on 17 June 1934.
